A/S Costs Policy

The A/S service fee consists of the sum of the component fee, repair fee,
and travel fee (in case of travel service), and each fee is determined as follows.

Spare Components Fees

The fees that are necessary for when to replace components

Repair Fees

Technical fees based on the difficulty and time of repair

Travel Fees

Travel fees associated with traveling to the physical sites.

A/S Charges

The total amount for components, repair, and travel expenses.

Warranty

CHC LAB (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") has produced and sold products that have been
inspected in accordance with quality control standards.

Our warranty period is one year from the date of installation. If a malfunction occurs under normal care and uses in accordance with the inspection and care instructions set forth in the product manual, we guarantee the following under our warranty repair policy and product liability insurance (PL insurance). The warranty does not include any consumables, please refer to the appendix below to see which warranty applies to your product.

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

At our option, defective parts of the product may be repaired or replaced.
(Provided that such parts were defective at the time of sale and that all defective parts are properly identified with a return authorization.)

1. Duration and Scope of the Warranty

A. Warranty period

1 year from the date of initial installation (If the date of purchase cannot be confirmed, the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of manufacturing or 3 months from the date of import clearance).

B. Warranty Scope

If the product purchased by the customer has been properly maintained and used in accordance with the inspection and use instructions in the product manual issued by the Company, and the following problems occur within the warranty repair period, we will repair and replace the part with a new product or a warranty part for our post-warranty.

  • 1Malfunction or abnormality of the electrical device provided by our company
  • 2Cracks and breaks caused by defects in the product
  • 3Difficulty in product usage due to other product defects

2. Products Not Included in the Warranty

A. General Warranty Exclusions

  • 1 Any consumable parts (examples of consumables: parts that were attached to your order, such as filters, lamps, etc.)
  • 2 Products that are missing serial numbers or have no traceable purchase history
  • 3 Products for which CCH Labs has not received payment.
  • 4Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, etc.

B. Warranty exclusions corresponding to user negligence

If you do not pay attention to the rust/corrosion of the equipment in accordance with the precautions for use and management, and neglect to manage it, you may be denied for damage compensation even if the corrosion occurs within the warranty period due to your negligence. The user's negligence is recognized as follows.

  • 1Damage caused by falling, physical impact or accidental damage, damage caused by the user's negligence, and damage caused by accidents caused by external causes.
  • 2External causes such as power problems, abuse, misuse, and improper operating environment conditions that do not comply with the instructions for use, such as receiving services not authorized by the Company, or arbitrary disassembly and modification (modification) by the user.
  • 3The user has exposed the product to conditions that cause corrosion or damage.
  • 4The product has not been subjected to regular maintenance checks.

※ Our limited warranty does not apply to the above even if the product was purchased through us.

3. Considerations for Equipment Users

a. When receiving delivery of new products, the equipment should be checked for appearance-related characteristics such as dirt and scratches.

b. The product shall be used and managed according to the usage method prescribed in the product manual.

C. In the event of a defect in the parts comprising the equipment within the warranty period, you must contact our service center for warranty repair.

4. Transfer of the Warranty Period

The warranty period of the equipment is transferred even if the owner changes due to sale, donation, etc. of the equipment. (The warranty must be acquired when the owner changes.)

A. CTC Labs provides a warranty for products as follows in accordance with the Fair-Trade Commission's notice.

B. Quality guarantee for the product is covered by the warranty as described in the warranty card.
